The show also was top-notch in the music department, with great songs performed well, and the staging and use of the auditorium itself made the audience a bigger part of the show than is typical. The directors, Isaac and Valine Campbell, put on another great show.
The student performers did a wonderful job and their joy for the experience was obvious. The leads (Trevor and Braden Ward, Sara Craig, Madeleine Morgan, Tyler Parks and Annabelle Lucas) each were ideally suited for their roles and played them to perfection; and the supporting parts and chorus were first-rate.
A line from the title tune is, "What a wonderful feeling, I'm happy again," and the audience surely left the theatre filled with wonderful, happy feelings over the show and with respect for the talents and drive of our youth.
Thanks to everyone who had a part in this great show by the Troy Drama Club.
