The event kicks off with food and an ice cream social on sale from 5:30 p.m. Refreshments for purchase will include hot dogs, sloppy joes, ice cream and pies, and a variety of beverages.
Concert goers should bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on during the concert. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the First Baptist Church of Troy on Canton Street, Troy.
