Do you ever get overwhelmed with so many choices at the grocery store? Do you ever wonder if you are purchasing healthy food for you and your family? Do you sometimes think food labels are confusing and hard to understand?
Memorial Hospital’s Registered Dietitian, Susan White, will be leading small group tours inside the Tops Friendly Market located in the Bradford Town Center, Wysox, on March 26 and 30, at 10:30 a.m.
Participants will gain hands-on experience on how to make healthy food choices throughout the grocery store. It’s a great place to learn and discover new food options. You will explore the supermarket aisles with Sue who will help you decipher food labels, assist you in making health choices for you and your family and she will answer your questions.
March is National Nutrition Month which makes this is a wonderful opportunity to turn your grocery shopping experience into a healthy one. There is a $5.00 fee for the tour and space is limited. Please call to reserve your healthy grocery store tour with the dietitian at 570-268-2343.
