In order to vote in the May 19 primary, military members must first be registered to vote. They can obtain a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) from their Unit Voting Officer.
Mail it to: Bradford County Election Bureau Office, Bradford County Courthouse Annex 6 Court Street, Suite 2, Towanda, PA 18848-1878
It is recommended that military members submit the FCPA before the end of March to allow time for processing. The County board of elections will begin mailing military absentee ballots on April 3. Once registered, an absentee ballot will automatically be sent to them.
Finally, they must vote and submit their ballot for mailing prior to the election date, May 19. It doesn’t need to arrive by Election Day, but it must be post marked prior to that day.
