The first variance is for a sign at the Flavorland restaurant, not to exceed four feet by six, advertising the name and other relevant information. The sign may be lighted only during hours of operation.
The second variance was for Martha Lloyd to establish a home for no more than three residents at the former Ridall/Shadduck property at the corner of Fassett and Second Streets. Every effort must be made to utilize on-site parking for employees.
Board President David Preston and members Glenn Trick and Andrea Sutton voted in favor of each request.
Zoning Board Attorney Patrick Barrett and Zoning Officer Amy Seeley took part in the hearing.
No one spoke in opposition to either application and no adverse comments were received from the public prior to the hearing.
