The area of Korah has a population of around 350,000 people who have been neglected by the government. The families live off the takings of a large dump. It may have been because of the threat of rain, or because the sidewalk was torn up by the PennDOT project on Main Street, but there were only three vendors at the Canton Farmers' Market on September 12.
